It is your responsibility to visit this website from time to time to review the then current Terms and Conditions. In these Terms and Conditions, "you" means any client of Aon who uses the services described in clause 2.

2. Services
  • (a) Aon shall provide an online facility through any internet website established, operated and/or maintained by or on behalf of Aon to help facilitate you’re the submission of claims to your insurer, underwriter and/or Aon.
  • (b) Aon may at its sole discretion vary the scope and types of services available on this website at any time without advance notice including but not limited to any or all of the following:
    • (i) expand, modify or withdraw any or all of the services;
    • (ii) impose or vary any restrictions on the use of the services;
    • (iii) suspend or terminate your access to this website; and
    • (iv) prescribe or change the hours during which the services are available and/or any daily cut-off time for any type of services.
3. Your Instructions
  • (a) You must promptly provide such information as your insurer, underwriter and/or Aon may reasonably require for carrying out the services and processing the claims in such manner as your insurer, underwriter and/or Aon require.
  • (b) Any instructions you give in connection with the services available on this website may not be changed or withdrawn without the written consent of Aon.
  • (c) Upon receipt of an instruction from you, Aon shall provide an online confirmation which shall be deemed to have been received by you immediately after transmission. It is your responsibility to check such confirmation and to enquire with Aon if you do not receive a confirmation within twenty-four (24) hours. Aon shall not be responsible for any instructions unless the instruction has been received and a confirmation has been sent in respect of the same.
4. Governing Terms and Conditions

Use of the services available on this website are subject to these Terms and Conditions, Aon's Internet Privacy Policy Statement and all other terms and conditions governing the products and services to which the claim notifications relate. Where there is any discrepancy between any terms relating to the use of this website, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

5. Use of the Website by Other Parties
  • (a) Your insurer, underwriter (for the purpose of this clause 5 collectively "other users") and/or Aon may communicate with you via this website by way of online messages and/or e-mails. This service is an additional means of communication for your convenience only. Aon is not responsible for the contents, accuracy and opinions expressed in any such communication.
  • (b) By using this website, the other users agree to be bound by clause 2 (Services), clause 4 (Governing Terms and Conditions), clause 6 (Use of Information), clause 10 (Trademarks and Copyright), clause 11 (Disclaimer), clause 12 (Limitation of Liabilities) and clause 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction). Unless the context otherwise requires and to the extent applicable these clauses shall apply to the other users as if references to "you" include references to "other users" and with the necessary changes being made to these clauses to reflect the fact that they should also apply to the other users.

7. Registration
  • (a) To access the services for the first time, you must be registered with Aon and issued with a User ID and Password on this website or in such other manner as Aon may from time to time specify.
  • (b) You warrant that all information provided by you to your insurer, underwriter and/or Aon in relation to the services is true, complete and up-to-date and where relevant, is in accordance with the terms and conditions of the insurance policy to which the claim notifications relate.
8. Security
  • (a) You should take all reasonable precautions to keep your User ID and/or Password secret and confidential. You should ensure that your User ID and Password are not compromised by ensuring that you do not accidentally or knowingly disclose the same to any other parties or facilitate unauthorized or fraudulent use of the same.
  • (b) Subject to clause 8(d), you will be responsible for all activities carried out under your User ID and Password, whether or not made with your knowledge or by your consent, including but not limited to any accidental or unauthorised disclosure of the User ID and/or the Password to any other person.
  • (c) Aon shall be under no duty to verify the identity or authority of the person using your User ID and Password or the authenticity of instructions given in connection with the services available on this website apart from verifying your User ID and Password. Aon shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from any failure to verify the identity or authority of the person using your User ID and Password or giving any instructions in connection with the services or the authenticity of such instruction.
  • (d) If you become aware that your User ID and/or Password has been lost, stolen or disclosed to any unauthorised person or become aware of any unauthorised activities under your User ID and Password, you must notify Aon as soon as practicable in person or by telephone at such place or telephone number(s) as Aon may from time to time prescribe. Until actual receipt of such notification by Aon, you will remain responsible for any and all activities carried out under your User ID and Password by unauthorised persons or for unauthorised purposes.
9. Fees

Aon reserves the right to charge fees in relation to the use and/or termination of the services available on this website and to revise such fees at any time without notice.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • (c) Aon shall not be liable to you for any damages that result from any interruption, interception, suspension, delay, loss, unavailability, mutilation or other failure in providing the services, in transmitting instructions or information relating to the services (including but not limited to loss of data) or in connecting with any internet websites caused by any acts, omissions or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Aon including, without limitation, failure of any communication network, act or omission of any third party service providers, mechanical failure, power failure, malfunction, breakdown, or inadequacy of equipment, installation or facilities, or any law, rules, regulations, codes, directions, regulatory guidelines or government order (whether or not having the force of law).

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
  • (a) These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administration Region.
  • (b) The services available on this website are offered only in jurisdictions where and when they may be lawfully offered by Aon. The information is not intended for use by persons located in or resident in jurisdictions that restrict the distribution of such materials by Aon.   • 1. From time to time, it is necessary for you to provide personal information to us to enable us to implement and/or operate the online claims notification facilities or to provide other related services to you and your organisation.
  • 2. Failure to provide such personal information may result in our being unable to establish or process the claim or to provide other related services to you and your organisation.

    • (i) to facilitate the operation of the claims notification facilities and to provide other insurance related services to you and your organisation;
    • (ii) to facilitate communication with you;
    • (iii) to market insurance and other related services and/or products offered by any member of the Aon Group, where you have given us your consent and/or where permissible by law;
    • (iv) to comply with any disclosure requirements imposed on us by law or regulatory authorities;
    • (v) to conduct research and compile statistics;
    • (vi) to develop and provide insurance and/or related products and services; and
    • (vii) to fulfill any other purposes relating to (i) to (vii) above.
  • 4. Your personal information will be kept confidential but we may transfer and/or disclose such information to the following parties (whether within or outside the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region) for the purposes set out in paragraph 3 above:
